A full hard package of ready rubbed American finest pipe tobacco with a free of tax stamp which was added to packages that had the tax paid by the manufacturer for shipment overseas to the Armed Forces during WWII. With the wording «Free of Tax - For use only of U. S. military or naval forces in Alaska and Hawaii or for use outside the jurisdiction of the Internal Revenue laws of the United States. This product is admitted free of duty.».
