U.S. Navy Coastal Squadron Three – Cam Ranh Bay
During the late 1960s, U.S. Navy Coastal Squadron Three operated from Cam Ranh Bay as part of the U.S. Navy’s coastal warfare forces during the Vietnam War, conducting fast patrol craft operations, maritime interdiction, and coastal security missions along the Vietnamese coastline.
