HOCO – Allied Troops
Full soft pack of 20 originally German troop cigarettes from late war time in yellow paper wrapping with an original tax but with black color covering of the swastika symbol.
The swastika symbol on German cigarettes was covered by Allied troops during and after World War II. The Allies, particularly the occupying forces, took various measures to remove or cover up Nazi symbols, including the swastika, to help with denazification efforts and symbolize the end of the Nazi regime.
