Full soft pack of 20 Japanese troop cigarettes from the Homare brand, wrapped in light craft paper from wartime. The front of the pack is decorated with two crossed rising sun flags. Japanese characters are printed on both sides and the back of the pack.

Full hard pack with 10 cigarettes placed in a Kinshi branded cardboard box. Kinshi, a brand from the Sembaikyoku Tobacco Company, was one of the official Japanese army troop brands during WWII. The front of the pack features a bird in flight beneath two Japanese characters, with floral designs below, including three cherry blossoms. The sides and back of the box also display Japanese characters printed in green.
